Controlling

One of the key aspects in controlling is the preparation, monitoring, and coordination of the yearly budgeting process. The creation of periodic reports informing about the financial status, consulting, and improving transparency are part of this post's mission as well. Another task consists in the screening of internal and external processes, striving for improvements where necessary. Controlling is an important financial interface to the school administration, the financial division, and the human resources. Controlling also supports the secretary's offices of D-PHYS and is a provider of need-oriented services.
