Purchasing

The main tasks in purchasing consist in the charging of the institutes and chairs for materials and services, the administration of material expenses funds, and the centralized purchases for the departmental shops. The management of the inventory, the development of databases for internal accounting, online catalog, vademecum, and the electronic departmental phonebook are also competencies of this post.
