2018 Highly Cited Researcher
Professor Simon Lilly is again recognized as a 2018 "Highly Cited Researcher"

The recognition by Clarivate Analytics (external pagehttps://hcr.clarivate.com/call_made) is based on analysis of the top 1% of cited papers 2006-2016 on the ISI Web of Science. This year there are a total of eighteen HCR at ETH, including two others in the Department of Physics, Professor Marcella Carollo and Professor Tilman Esslinger. Along with Marcella and Simon, two other astrophysicists are recognized elsewhere in Switzerland, Professor Jean-Paul Kneib at EPFL and Professor Pascal Oesch, now at the University of Geneva. Pascal is also an alumnus of ETH, having obtained his PhD with Marcella Carollo in 2010.
