Ceremonial key handover
At the Christmas event of D-PHYS Services on 17 December 2019, which took place in a festive atmonsphere, Leonardo Degiorgi handed over the “Golden Coordinator Key” to Sebastian Huber. From 2020 on, after 16 years of being the department coordinator, Leonardo Degiorgi will focus more to his research.

Fire Safety Training
On the same day, a fire safety training took place. An important element of the alarm organization is the ETH Alarm:
ETH Zurich alerts via e-mail, phone and mobile phone – if a mobile phone is registered correctly (with ETHIS login).
The communication data can be stored in ETHIS under Persönlich/Persönliche Daten – including those of relatives who should be notified.
