ETH Professor Matthias Troyer has won the 2016 Aneesur Rahman Prize for Computational Physics of the American Physical Society.

The Aneesur Rahman Prize for Computational Physics is awarded by the American Physical Society to recognize and encourage outstanding achievement in computational physics research.

Prof. Matthias Troyer will receive the prize at the APS annual meeting in Baltimore next March, where he will deliver the Rahman Lecture.
